7 flats prestigiously located behind Harrods in Knightsbridge.
This ambitious project has in the past 2 years seen the complete
transformation of an existing block into a highly desirable
address. This project is ongoing and has involved full mechanical
service design and installation, under floor heating, air
conditioning and state of the art controls.
The air conditioning and underfloor heating controls designed
by Fairfield Plumbing are digital remote control incorporating
a telecom link to enable the user to control all services
from anywhere in the world.
In addition, Passive Infra Red sensors were incorporated
into the hot water return system as an energy saving scheme.
At the client's request, a reverse osmosis water purification
system was installed throughout the building. The sanitary
ware chosen was of the highest standard with Vola, Philippe
Starck and Cabuchon being among the brands installed .
