CADOGAN PLACE
Full redevelopment of a 5 story private residence and mews
house. A full refurbishment was carried out including a plumbing
redesign to include a new boiler room designed to facilitate
7 bathrooms over 5 floors, a sauna/steam room, as well as
a swimming pool.
All of the boiler and booster plant were designed into
the under pavement vaults. With limited space Fairfield
Plumbing was able to design a high tech boiler room with
low loss header feeding 5 circuits, one being compensated.
Booster set, break tank and duplex water softeners were
also incorporated. Fairfield Plumbing was able to design
all of the above plant and auxiliary items into a small
workable environment thus saving the client much required
space in the property.
