COVENT GARDEN
Development of 3 luxury flats to what are now undoubtedly
the highest specification dwellings in Covent Garden. The
site was formerly part of the Royal Ballet School, and was
sold with planning for three high spec apartments.
The apartments' unique position, above a retail outlet,
meant that natural gas fired boilers were not appropriate.
The system designed and installed by Fairfield Plumbing
utilised state of the art, ultra efficient electric boilers.
